• DJ-only mode status (enabled/disabled)
• DJ role ID

Song Data:

• Song ID
• Song name
• Artist
• Length
• URI

User Data:

• User ID
• Associated Guild ID

Play Data:

• User ID
• Guild ID
• Song ID
• Play count

Wonder Trades:

• User ID
• Song ID
• Note

2. Why We Collect Data

We collect this data to provide and improve our services, including:

• Managing guild-specific settings like DJ-only mode and DJ roles.
• Keeping track of songs available for playback.
• Monitoring user activity and song plays within guilds.
• Facilitating the Wonder Trade feature where users can recommend and receive song recommendations.
• Generating user and guild-specific statistics such as leaderboards and play history.

3. How We Store Data

We store your data securely in our MySQL database hosted on a secure server. The data is stored indefinitely to ensure the continuous functionality and improvement of our services. However, data is deleted when Music Monkey leaves a server or upon user request.

Under GDPR, the legal bases for processing your data include:

• Consent: By using Music Monkey, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in this Privacy Notice.

• User-Initiated Deletion: Users can request deletion of their data by emailing admin@getmusicmonkey.com with their User-ID. Please allow up to 5 working days for processing.

By using Music Monkey, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in this Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with this Privacy Notice, please do not use Music Monkey.
